Community Priorities
SNAP evaluates proposed development projects within the WeHo community using a rubric that was formed with community input to ensure development projects address priorities and preserves the history of the neighborhood.
Developers should incorporate this rubric into presentations when meeting with the community.
SNAP members will score proposed development projects using the rubric to determine if neighborhood support is present.
